目的:探索一种简易、有效、稳定的小鼠体内药物缓释新方法。方法:用孕酮作为缓释试验药物,对新研制的玻璃-硅胶缓释管在体外和体内的缓释性能进行检测。结果:玻璃-硅胶缓释管在体外具有匀速稳定缓释药物的性能,在体内可在长时间内有效维持药物在体内的稳定释放。结论:玻璃-硅胶缓释管为释放速率较快的药物在体内长期和稳定的缓释提供了简易有效的解决方法。
Objective: To explore a simple, effective and stable method of drug release in mice. Methods: Progesterone was used as a sustained release test drug to test the sustained-release properties of the newly developed glass-silica gel in vitro and in vivo. Results: The glass-silica gel tube has the properties of sustained and stable drug release in vitro and stable release in the body for a long time. Conclusion: The glass-silica gel extended-release tube provides a simple and effective solution for the long-term and stable sustained release of the drug with high release rate in vivo.
