电网一体化领域中电网业务系统应用模式逐渐由分离管理变为统一管理。这种变化更多地强调了业务的“集中”和“协同”处理,这就要求通信支撑系统能够以多种手段消除原有的通信系统之间的技术壁垒,云计算作为一种新的计算模式,为用户提供动态扩展、按需所取的计算、存储、平台和软件等资源服务[1]。对于云服务提供者来说,虚拟化、自动化及高扩展性中间件等云计算关键技术的使用,使系统的资源利用率、可靠性、稳定性、性能、配置管理的简易性和快捷性等都得到了很大的提高,大大节省了软硬件基础设施和人力资源,降低了运营成本。
