文中分析了褐铁矿球团焙烧特性和改善褐铁矿球团焙烧性能的途径。研究表明:白云石型褐铁矿球团能较大地改善球团矿的强度和还原性。在焙烧温度为1250℃时,抗压强度超过2000N/φ12.5;孔隙率大于21%;全铁品位大于56%;还原率大于74%。采用扫描电子显微镜研究白云石型褐铁矿球团固结机理表明:CaO和Fe_2O_3反应形成熔点稍大于1200℃的低熔点化合物,并形成液相促进球团焙烧固结;MgO则通过和Fe_2O_3形成有限固溶体和破坏Fe_2O_3晶体结构促进球团焙烧固结。
This paper analyzes the roasting characteristics of limonite pellets and ways to improve the roasting performance of limonite pellets. The research shows that the dolomite limonite pellets can greatly improve the strength and reduction of pellets. When the calcination temperature is 1250 ℃, the compressive strength exceeds 2000N / φ12.5; the porosity is greater than 21%; the total iron grade is greater than 56%; the reduction rate is greater than 74%. The scanning electron microscopy study of the dolomite limonite consolidation mechanism shows that: CaO and Fe 2 O 3 react to form a melting point slightly larger than 1200 ℃ low-melting compounds and form a liquid phase to promote the pellet roasting and consolidation; MgO and Fe 2 O 3 Limited solid solution and destruction of Fe 2 O 3 crystal structure promote pellet roasting and consolidation.
