根据某厂连铸薄板坯生产SS400钢过程中出现的典型漏钢现象进行分析,通过化学成分分析、连铸操作参数分析、FDA曲线分析、漏钢图片分析找到漏钢的真正原因,这次漏钢主要属于卷渣漏钢,采取了有效措施以避免以后发生类似生产事故。措施1是炼钢作业区保证连浇炉次中间包钢水过热度在15~35℃范围内;措施2是降低拉速时要求按照规定每次降低按0.1m/min进行操作,以保障生产顺行,提高连铸机作业率。
