日前,从国家发改委、中宣部、国家旅游局等13部门联合发文的《全国红色旅游精品线名录》和《全国红色旅游经典景区名录》中获悉,福建省革命历史纪念馆被列入《全国红色旅游经典景区名录》。福建省革命历史纪念馆,是于1996年9月动工兴建、1998年11月竣工开馆的综合馆。福建省革命历史纪念馆开馆6年来,陆续举办了《改革开放20周年福建成就展》、《建国50周年福建成就展》、《红土地革命文物展》、《叶飞捐赠文物珍藏展》、《童小鹏摄影作品展》、《谷文昌精神永恒展》、《雷锋精神永恒展》、《弘扬抗美援朝精神文物展》、《毛泽东与福建--纪念毛泽东诞辰110周年大型展览》、《世纪伟人邓小平--纪念邓小平诞辰100周年大型展览》和《福建省新世纪奔小康风采展》等
