对654名在噪声、高温环境作业工人血压及心电图的异常改变与1400名单纯噪声作业工人,1292名单纯高温作业工人的异常改变进行了对照研究,研究同时控制了各比较组的暴露强度与暴露时间。结果高温噪声作业工人血压异常率为15.9%,显著高于单纯噪声或高温作业工人,提示噪声与高温对机体心血管系统的危害有一定的协同作用,尤其对血压的作用更为显著,并且显示了协同作用的强度与时间累积效应。
The abnormal changes of blood pressure and electrocardiogram in 654 workers in noise and high temperature environment were compared with the abnormal changes of 1400 simple noise workers and 1292 pure high temperature workers. The study also controlled the exposure intensity and exposure of each comparison group time. Results The abnormal rate of blood pressure was 15.9% in high-temperature noise workers, which was significantly higher than that in pure noise workers or high-temperature workers. It suggested that the noise and high temperature had a synergistic effect on the cardiovascular system, especially the effect on blood pressure. And shows the synergistic effect of intensity and time accumulation.
