合成了一种新型的酞菁铜衍生物——四—4-(2、4-二特戊基苯氧基)酞菁铜(以下简称tapCuPc)。藉助紫外——可见吸收光谱和透射电镜获得的表面形貌和膜层厚度的照片,研究了成膜条件对成膜质量的影响。在最佳成膜条件下,得到了平滑而均匀的表面结构。用Langmuir-Blodgett(L—B)薄膜技术在平面又指电极上沉积LapCuPc L—B薄膜。制成高灵敏、优良选择性,快速响应和恢复特性的气敏传感原理型器件。研究了气敏响应特性。发现tapCuPc LB薄膜对NH_3具有单一的探测选择性,对NO_2,H_2S和SO_2等不敏感.当吸附NH_3时,LB薄膜的平面电导明显增加。对于空气中含有100ppm(百万分之一单位)NH_3浓度的混合气氛,得到响应时间为32s。恢复时间为13min,对空气中NH_3的探测灵敏度可达几个ppm。
A new copper phthalocyanine derivative, tetra-4- (2,4-dipentylphenoxy) copper phthalocyanine (hereinafter referred to as tapCuPc) was synthesized. The effects of filming conditions on film quality were investigated by means of photographs of surface topography and film thickness obtained by UV-Vis absorption and transmission electron microscopy. Under the optimal film formation conditions, a smooth and uniform surface structure was obtained. LapCuPc L-B films were deposited on planar and finger electrodes using Langmuir-Blodgett (L-B) thin film technology. Made of high sensitivity, excellent selectivity, fast response and recovery characteristics of gas sensing principle device. Gas sensing response characteristics were studied. It is found that the tapCuPc LB film has a single detection selectivity for NH 3 and is insensitive to NO 2, H 2 S and SO 2, etc. The planar conductivity of the LB thin film is obviously increased when NH 3 is adsorbed. For a mixed atmosphere containing 100 ppm (parts per million) NH 3 in air, the response time is 32 s. Recovery time of 13min, the detection sensitivity of NH_3 in the air up to several ppm.
