作者以前曾对日本冬虫夏草(Isaria japonica)菌丝体的人工培养液提取物(TCKS)的免疫激活作用进行了研究,发现小鼠经口给予TCKS后,可增强小鼠抗绵羊红细胞的抗体产生能力。进一步运用荷瘤模型动物研究的结果表明,TCKS显示明显的延长生命作用。此次将TCKS与抗癌药(5-FU)并用,可增强5-FU的抗癌活性,因此探讨了两种制剂并用后的延长生命效果,并以淋巴细胞群为指标,进一步对TCKS是否可减轻5-FU的副作用(骨髓毒性)进行了探讨。
