去年,是中央确定的调查研究年,为贯彻落实中央精神,推动检察机关公诉部门的调查研究工作,最高人民检察院公诉厅组织开展了“全国检察机关公诉部门优秀调研报告评比”活动。各级检察机关公诉部门踊跃参与,共选送了126篇调研报告。经过严格评审,15篇调研报告获奖。最高人民检察院公诉厅与检察日报社联合对获奖单位予以了表彰。从本期起,本刑将陆续摘登部分获奖的调查报告,以飨读者。 编辑部
