禁吸戒毒是我省禁毒斗争的战略重点,对吸毒人员开展社会帮教工作是禁吸戒毒最为关键的工作环节。本文论述了社会帮教工作的重要性,分析了开展社会帮教工作的有利条件、已得成效和存在问题,重点阐述了进一步搞好社会帮教工作的若干观点和建议,即如何把握社会帮教的基本原则与工作目标,如何改进完善现行的社会帮教工作方法,如何创新实施更为有效的社会帮教工作措施。
Prohibition of drug abuse and drug abuse is the strategic focus of anti-drug struggle in our province. It is the most crucial work link for drug abusers to carry out social assistance and education through drug prohibition. This article discusses the importance of social assistance and education, analyzes the favorable conditions, achievements and existing problems in carrying out social assistance and education.
