甘蔗(Saccharum officinarum L.)不同叶龄蔗苗体内抗坏血酸氧化酶(Ascorbicacid oxidase)、多酚氧化酶(Polyphenol oxidase)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase)的活性与蔗苗移栽后一段时间内的生长恢复状况有关。不同叶龄蔗苗之间酶的活性及生长反应差异显著:酶活性与蔗苗移栽后的回青时间,地下部茎径及株高增长量有密切相关;叶龄较小的蔗苗体内酶活性较强;移栽后蔗苗回青较快、滞长期较短;两个月内的株高增长量以及地下部茎径也较大。讨论了甘蔗育苗移栽中移栽叶龄选择的意义。评价了选用2至3叶龄蔗苗移栽所具有的优越性及其局限性。
