外语人才是开放型经济发展的重要桥梁和纽带,地方本科院校外语专业可以与区域开放型经济发展优势互补。本文对衡阳市开放型经济发展与地方高校外语人才培养之间的关系问题进行个案研究与理论探讨。 Foreign language talent is an important bridge and link in the development of an open economy. The foreign language major at a local undergraduate university can complement each other with the advantages of open economy in the region. This article makes a case study and a theoretical discussion on the relationship between the development of an open economy in Hengyang and the training of foreign language talents in local colleges and universities.
