Based on the establishment of a 1550 nm laser coherent radar detection system, the micro-Doppler effect detection of moving targets is studied experimentally. Using wavelet multi-scale analysis, the signal obtained in the experiment is decomposed into signal components at different scales and the signal components containing the micro-Doppler features are reconstructed (inverse wavelet transform) to obtain the target micro-Doppler feature. In order to better analyze the target motion characteristics and estimate the motion parameters, the acquired signal is further processed using the short-term time-frequency analysis method. The experimental results show that this system can effectively detect the micro-Doppler information of moving targets, and the combined application of multi-scale analysis and short-term time-frequency analysis can effectively extract the micro-vibration information of moving targets.
