纯铜中微量磷一直采用萃取光度法。近来有人应用结晶紫-杂多酸多元络合物分光光度法测定,虽然方法灵敏度高,但采用基体铜为参比来消除基体的干扰其操作程序较繁琐。本文利用导数光度法具有分辨重叠吸收带和消除背景干扰的特点,采用罗丹明6G作为测定磷的显色剂,以导数光度法测定纯铜中微量磷进行了详细研究。二阶导数可将铜、磷重叠吸收带分开,并用峰-谷法观察了二阶导数光谱峰高与其浓度成线性关系。最后拟定了在
Trace phosphorus in pure copper has been using extraction spectrophotometry.
