抗疟新药磷酸咯萘啶,代号7351,化学名为2-甲氧基-7-氯-10-[3′,5′-双-(四氢吡咯-1-甲基-4′-羟苯基)-氨基]苯骈[6]-1,5-萘啶四磷酸盐。7351是我所合成的、有过报道的新抗疟药。对鼠疟(Plasmodium berghei)口服 ED_(50)为6.84±1.4mg/kg,肌内注射的 ED_(50)为4.9±0.6mg/kg,均显著优于氯喹对照组。经对氯喹具有50倍以上的抗氯喹株的鼠疟原虫 P.berghei 进行抗药性测定,证明7351与
