目前我国经济发展飞速,对石油能源的需求不断加大,石油能源显然已经成为我国产业主要的能源供应。因此石油开采工作是当前发展的重中之重。而在开采工作中诸多的管理问题也逐露苗头,尤其在石油地面工程的管理中出现的诸多管理弊端,严重影响了石油产业的生产开采工作,给我国发展道路造成了一定的阻碍。从其他国家的石油地面管理工作上来看,我国目前油田地面管理工作存在太多的瑕疵。因此笔者以我国目前石油开采地面管理工作的现状进行切入点,并进行分析讨论,从而总结更有效的开采地面管理对策,以满足我国当前发展需要的能源供应。
At present, China’s rapid economic development, increasing demand for petroleum energy, oil has obviously become the industry’s major energy supply. Therefore, the oil exploitation is the top priority of the current development. However, many management problems have also been exposed in the mining work. In particular, many management malpractices in the management of petroleum ground projects have seriously affected the production and mining work of the petroleum industry, which has caused some obstacles to the development path of our country. From the perspective of petroleum ground management in other countries, there are too many flaws in the management of oilfields in our country. Therefore, the author makes an analysis of the status quo of ground management in petroleum exploitation in our country and analyzes and discusses it so as to summarize more effective ground management measures to meet the current energy supply of our country.
