目的探讨血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)及卵泡抑素(FS)水平联合检测评价单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤疗效的临床价值。方法将204例经单孔腹腔镜手术治疗患者分为有效组和无效组。比较2组患者血清CA125、HE4及FS水平。结果治疗前2组血清CA125、HE4及FS水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组患者上述血清水平均降低,且有效组降低程度明显大于无效组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清CA125、HE4及FS水平联合检测可有效评价单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床疗效,且上述分子血清水平与疗效呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), human epididymal protein 4 (HE4) and follistatin (FS) in evaluating the efficacy of single hole laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumors. Methods 204 cases of single-hole laparoscopic surgery patients were divided into effective group and ineffective group. Serum levels of CA125, HE4 and FS in two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in serum CA125, HE4 and FS levels between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the above two groups of patients serum levels were reduced, and the effective group was significantly lower than the ineffective group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The combined detection of serum CA125, HE4 and FS levels can effectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of single-hole laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign ovarian tumors, and the molecular serum levels have a negative correlation with the therapeutic effect.
