作为《海明威短篇小说全集》中海明威最满意的短篇小说之一,《弗朗西斯·麦康伯短促的幸福生活》国内研究热度不高,而这少数的研究又多聚焦于此短篇小说的主题、人物塑造和性格、性意识等方面,对此短篇小说对话艺术的解析较少。故本文拟从“冰山原则”角度解读此短篇小说中的对话艺术,试图欣赏隐藏于简洁对话之下的含蓄之美。 As one of the most satisfying short stories in Hemingway’s “Complete Works of Ernest Hemingway’s Short Stories,” “Frances Mccomen’s short, happy life” is not highly studied in China.
