The level of cellular immunity is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. In recent years, the relationship between T lymphocyte subsets and soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL2R) and tumor has been paid more and more attention by domestic and foreign scholars. To this end, we detected serum SIL2R levels and T cell subsets in 54 patients with gastrointestinal cancer, 30 patients with gastrointestinal benign disease and 30 healthy controls to investigate the cellular immune function of patients with gastrointestinal cancer.
