以包头含铌炉渣为原料,采用硫酸焙烧分解矿石,草酸溶液浸出铌,用N235萃取铌和分离杂质。研究了铌草酸络合物的基本性质和萃取机理。新方法适合包头低品位铌资源的特点,生产安全,环保条件好,氧化铌为完全无氟的新型产品,彻底解决了氟氢酸法产品中残氟影响应用的缺点。
Taking Baotou niobium-containing slag as raw material, the ore is decomposed by sulfuric acid roasting, niobium is leached by oxalic acid solution, niobium is extracted by N235, and impurities are separated. The basic properties of niobium oxalate complex and the extraction mechanism were studied. The new method is suitable for Baotou low-grade niobium resource characteristics, production safety, environmental conditions are good, niobium oxide is completely fluorine-free new products, and completely solve the shortcomings of residual fluorine in the product of hydrogen fluoride acid applications.
