多年来,在各级政府和上级主管部门的领导和重视下,宁夏固原市水土保持监督管理能力得以不断提升。基于此,介绍固原市在水土保持监督管理方面积累的经验,分析存在的问题及今后的发展建议。 Over the years, under the leadership and attention of all levels of government and higher authorities, the ability of supervision and management of soil and water conservation in Guyuan City of Ningxia has been continuously improved. Based on this, this paper introduces Guyuan’s accumulated experience in soil and water conservation supervision and management, analyzes existing problems and future development proposals.
