随着网络经济的兴起和迅速发展,技术创新已成为企业发展的根本动力和途径。本文针对我国中小企业技术创新面临的困境,从政府服务的角度提出了如何加强对中小企业技术创新扶持的政策建议,其包括建立健全中小企业的法律法规体系;建立和完善统一的中小企业技术管理机构体系;制定和完善财政、税收和金融等方面的优惠政策;制定和实施支持中小企业技术创新的科技计划;建立健全技术创新的社会化服务体系。
With the rise and rapid development of network economy, technological innovation has become the fundamental driving force and means of enterprise development. In view of the dilemma faced by technological innovation of SMEs in our country, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the technical innovation support for SMEs from the angle of government service, which includes establishing and perfecting laws and regulations system of SMEs, establishing and perfecting the unified technology management of SMEs Establish and improve preferential policies on finance, taxation and finance, formulate and implement scientific and technological plans to support the technological innovation of SMEs, and establish and improve a socialized service system for technological innovation.
