中小学校园暴力在世界各国都普遍存在,它是指以校园为背景的暴力行为,又称校园欺凌。越是在高度文明的国家越是重视校园暴力。在日本,文部省把学生之间的任何矛盾或者摩擦带来的校园暴力称为「いじめ」。日本中小学校园暴力现象尤其突出,文部省认定校园暴力已成为困扰日本社会和日本教育界的一大社会问题。 School violence in primary and secondary schools in all countries in the world are widespread, it refers to the campus as the background of violence, also known as school bullying.
