目的：探究住院精神病患者并发内科重症的原因及临床治疗效果。方法对80例并发内科重症住院精神病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组41．3％的患者伴有躯体性疾病，伴发的躯体疾病以呼吸系统、消化系统疾病为主；30．0％的患者应用抗精神病药物出现严重不良反应；87．5％的患者经治疗后获得痊愈或好转，12．5％的患者治疗无效死亡。结论住院精神病患者伴发躯体疾病发生率高，及时予以对症治疗效果显著。“,”Objective To explore the causes of hospitalized mental patients com‐plicated by severe internal diseases and clinical treatment effectiveness .Methods Clinical data of hospitalized mental patients complicated by severe internal diseases were retrospectively analyzed .Results 41 .3 percent of the patients were complicated by somatic diseases ,complicated somatic diseases were mainly respiratory and digestive system diseases ;30 .0% on antipsychotics showed severe adverse reactions ;87 .5% recovered or improved ,12 .5% died of treatment futility .Conclusion The inci‐dence of complicated somatic diseases in hospitalized mental patients is high ,prompt symptomatic treat‐ment has obvious effectiveness .
