主跨超过200 m的大跨径箱形混凝土梁桥的长期挠度问题,近年来不断受到国内外研究人员和工程师的关注。桥梁设计人员通过有限元程序计算分析得到的长期下挠量和发展趋势都同实际观测到的结果有较大出入。分析了目前计算中被忽略的因素,箱梁截面不均匀收缩对悬臂施工大跨径混凝土桥梁的影响。分析结果表明,箱梁截面的非均匀收缩对大跨径混凝土结构的长期下挠有不可忽略的影响,建议在设计计算中予以考虑。
In recent years, the long-term deflection problem of long-span box-girder bridge with main span over 200 m has been paid more and more attention by researchers and engineers at home and abroad. Long-term deflection and development trend obtained by bridge designers through the finite element program analysis are quite different from the actual observed results. The influence of the neglected factors in the current calculation and the uneven shrinkage of box beam on the long-span concrete bridge with cantilever construction is analyzed. The analysis results show that the non-uniform shrinkage of box beam cross section can not neglect the long-term deflection of long-span concrete structure, and is recommended to be considered in the design calculation.
