随着信息化的不断发展和管理的细致化,各单位需要管理的档案信息量越来越大,而且种类繁多。档案作为重要的信息资料,具有其保密性、安全性等特点。现如今,传统的档案管理方式在信息化的冲击下,也需要与时俱进进行改革。本文提出一种通过RFID技术的档案管理系统,从系统的整体设计出发,分别对系统的硬件和软件设计进行分析,并通过管理软件来实现档案管理的信息化。
With the continuous development of information technology and detailed management, all agencies need to manage more and more files of information, and a wide range. Archives as an important information, with its confidentiality, security and other characteristics. Nowadays, under the impact of informationization, the traditional archives management mode also needs to be updated with the times. This paper presents a file management system through RFID technology, starting from the overall system design, respectively, the system hardware and software design analysis, and management software to achieve the file management information.
