随着教育的改革发展,音乐类课程逐步步入重点课程的行列中。现如今,我国的音乐教育理念更加趋向专业性与实用性,因此,我国的音乐教师队伍更应该趋于专业化。然而,根据调查研究,我国对于音乐教师的教育仍然存在一些问题。为了保障教师专业性的发展方向,就音乐教师教育的现状展开探讨,并且提出以教育改革为基础的课程优化研究策略,建立严格的教育体系,以期为我国教师专业化发展做出一份贡献。 With the reform and development of education, music courses have gradually entered the ranks of key courses. Nowadays, the concept of music education in our country tends to be more professional and practical. Therefore, our country’s music teacher team should be more specialized. However, according to the investigation and study, there are still some problems in education for music teachers in our country. In order to protect the professional development of teachers, this paper discusses the current situation of music teacher education, and puts forward the research strategy of curriculum optimization based on education reform and establishes a strict education system in order to make a contribution to the professional development of teachers in our country.
