随着“广交会”规模和展馆的不断扩大,参展国家和人员不断增加,客流分布也随之朝着更为集中的方向发展,带给广州地铁的客运压力也进一步加大。因此,针对“广交会”期间大客流组织的研究,有利于提高境外乘客的满意度,提升广州地铁的品牌价值,并有助于广州市国际形象的提高。
With the “Canton Fair” scale and the ever-expanding exhibition hall, participating countries and personnel continue to increase, passenger distribution also will be more focused in the direction of development, Guangzhou Metro to bring the passenger pressure is also further increased. Therefore, the research on the mass passenger flow organization during the “Canton Fair” will help increase the satisfaction of overseas passengers, enhance the brand value of Guangzhou Metro, and contribute to the enhancement of Guangzhou’s international image.
