The purpose of this experiment was to observe the effects of calcitonin gene-related peptide on the changes of hemorheology in normal and myocardial ischemic dogs. The results showed that calcitonin gene-related peptide could not only significantly reduce high, medium and low cut Whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, and erythrocyte aggregation index at variability also have the same effect on local hemorrheology in ischemic myocardium (including erythrocyte rigidity index), and as the degree of ischemia Increased, the above effect is more obvious, suggesting that calcitonin gene-related peptide has a significant effect on hemorheology, calcitonin gene-related peptide protective effect on ischemic myocardium may be related to changes in blood rheology.
