在大邑地区的深井钻探中,由于碳酸根和碳酸氢根的存在造成钻井液性能恶化,维护处理困难,严重影响了钻井液性能。利用室内实验及现场应用分析,对二氧化碳污染采取化学清除法进行处理。而部分井采取化学清除法效果不明显,可选择低粘切钻井液进行对井内部分钻井液替换,从而可以降低碳酸离子污染程度,现场应用良好。通过分析钻井液CO2污染的严重性,从而形成有效的预防和处理机制。
In the deep well drilling in Dayi area, drilling fluid performance is deteriorated due to the presence of carbonate and bicarbonate, which makes maintenance and treatment difficult and seriously affects drilling fluid properties. Using laboratory experiments and field application analysis, carbon dioxide pollution by chemical removal method for processing. In some wells, the effect of chemical scavenging is not obvious. Low viscosity drilling fluid can be used to replace part of drilling fluid in the well, which can reduce the pollution degree of carbonate ion. The field application is good. By analyzing the severity of CO2 pollution in drilling fluid, an effective prevention and treatment mechanism is formed.
