当今社会,我国金融租赁业务的整体环境较为紧张,且流动性较大,这大大增加了企业的融资难度。近年来,信托加租赁的融资模式受到企业的广泛欢迎,企业可以利用其自身的固定资产或购置大型设备,将信托的优点和租赁业务的优点相结合,丰富企业的融资渠道。基于此,本文首先介绍了金融租赁业务的特点,然后介绍了几种较为常见的金融租赁业务信托方式,以期对相关企业的融资渠道管理有所帮助。
In today’s society, the overall environment of China’s financial leasing business is more tense and more liquid, which greatly increases the financing difficulty of enterprises. In recent years, the financing model of trust and leasing has been widely welcomed by enterprises. Enterprises can use their own fixed assets or purchase large-scale equipment to combine the advantages of trust with the advantages of leasing business and enrich their financing channels. Based on this, this article first introduces the characteristics of financial leasing business, and then introduces several more common financial leasing business trust way, in order to help the financing channel management of related enterprises.
