以发动机推力测量为目标需求,基于发动机推力销在飞机上的布局形式及安装状态,分析其受力状况,对于三点布局的发动机安装状态而言,左右两侧推力销各承受发动机50%的推力。在此基础上通过建模仿真得到不同类型作用力(推力&重力)对不同位置切向应变的影响规律。在推力销上进行应变计改装组成推力测量电桥,并通过与推力校准试验结果对比分析,验证仿真计算的准确性,说明在推力销上进行应变计改装进行推力测量方法的可行性。
Based on the layout and installation status of the thrust pin of the engine on the aircraft, the force conditions are analyzed. For the three-point layout of the engine, the left and right thrust pins each bear 50% of the engine’s torque thrust. Based on this, the influence of different types of forces (thrust & gravity) on the tangential strain at different positions is obtained through modeling and simulation. The thrust gauge is modified on the thrust pin to form the thrust measurement bridge, and the accuracy of the simulation calculation is verified through the comparison with the results of the thrust calibration test. The feasibility of the thrust measurement method on the thrust pin is illustrated.
