采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能检验、金相检验等方法对离心机转鼓产生裂纹的原因进行分析,结果表明:应力腐蚀是裂纹产生的主要原因,铸件杂质缺陷加速裂纹的产生与扩展。最后讨论相应的预防措施。 The causes of cracks in centrifuge drum were analyzed by macroscopic test, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test and metallographic examination. The results showed that stress corrosion was the main reason of cracks and the generation and expansion of accelerating cracks in casting defects . Finally discuss the appropriate preventive measures.
