目的探讨低磁场磁共振在垂体微腺瘤诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析我院经临床手术病理证实的垂体微腺瘤30例的MRI表现,总结其表现特征。结果在30例微腺瘤患者中,28例在T1WⅠ上为低信号,2例T1WⅠ为等信号;21例上缘不对称性膨隆,20例垂体柄偏移,13例鞍底局限性下陷;增强扫描后30例呈相对低信号,边缘清楚28例。结论磁共振检查是诊断垂体微腺瘤的首选方法,结合临床表现及内分泌检查能很好的诊断垂体微腺瘤,并为临床治疗提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the value of low magnetic field magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of pituitary microadenomas. Methods The MRI findings of 30 cases of pituitary adenoma confirmed by clinical pathology in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and their performance characteristics were summarized. Results Among the 30 patients with microadenoma, 28 patients had low signal on T1WⅠ and 2 patients had equal signal on T1WI. In 21 patients, the upper edge had asymmetric bulging, the pituitary stalk shifted in 20 and the inferior margin of the sella was found in 13 patients. Thirty patients underwent enhanced scan with relatively low signal, with 28 clear edges. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging is the first choice for diagnosis of pituitary adenoma. Combined with clinical manifestations and endocrine examination, it can diagnose pituitary adenoma and provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
