从1975年开始,我们利用新滚筒生产的膨珠作集料,并采用前阶段试验的较佳配合比,制作了一批密实的和无砂多孔的膨珠混凝土试件,利用热脉冲法对试件由湿到干测定其不同湿度下的导热系数。与此同时,用同一方法测定了普通碎石混凝土和页岩陶粒、砂混凝土在不同湿度下的导热系数,以便进行对比分析,初步结果简介如下。 1.膨珠的取样制作试件所用的膨珠是新滚筒生产
Beginning in 1975, we used the expanded beads produced by the new cylinders as aggregates and adopted a better mix ratio of the previous stage tests to produce a batch of compacted and sandless porous expanded-bead concrete specimens, using the thermal pulse method. The test piece was measured from wet to dry to determine its thermal conductivity under different humidity. At the same time, the same method was used to determine the thermal conductivity of ordinary gravel concrete and shale ceramsites and sand concrete under different humidity conditions for comparative analysis.
