目的研究腹腔镜直肠癌前侧切除术的应用效果。方法选择本院2012年1月—2013年6月直肠癌患者80例进行分组回顾分析。传统组接受传统开腹手术,研究组接受腹腔镜直肠癌前侧切除术。比较两组患者直肠癌总有效率;手术操作过程失血情况、手术全程时间;患者吻合口瘘等并发症发生率、3年复发率和生存率的差异。计数资料采用χ2检验,计量资料采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果研究组总有效率为92.50%,相较于传统组的75.00%更高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术操作过程失血为(46.51±6.41)ml,相较于传统组的(83.39±10.77)ml更少,手术全程时间为(95.51±12.61)min,相较于传统组的(147.39±13.57)min更短,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为10.00%、3年复发率为20.00%,相较于传统组的37.50%、42.50%更低,3年生存率为92.50%,相较于传统组的75.00%更高,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜直肠癌前侧切除术的应用效果确切,可有效减少创伤和出血,缩短操作时间,减少并发症的发生,对患者病情改善和生存率的提高意义重大,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of anterior resection of laparoscopic rectal cancer. Methods 80 patients with rectal cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The traditional group underwent traditional laparotomy, and the study group underwent laparoscopic anterior resection of the rectal cancer. The total effective rate of rectal cancer was compared between the two groups. The blood loss of the operation procedure, the time of the operation, the complication rate of anastomotic fistula, the recurrence rate of 3 years and the survival rate were compared. Count data using χ2 test, measurement data using t test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%, which was higher than that of the traditional group (75.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The blood loss in the study group was (46.51 ± 6.41) ml, which was significantly lower than that of the traditional group (83.39 ± 10.77) ml and the total operative time was (95.51 ± 12.61) min, which was significantly lower than that of the traditional group (147.39 ± 13.57 ) min was shorter, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The complication rate was 10.00% in the study group and 20.00% in the 3-year group, which was lower than 42.50% and 37.50% in the traditional group, and 92.50% in 3-year survival rate compared with 75.00% in the traditional group , The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of the anterior resection of the exact effect of the surgery, which can effectively reduce the trauma and bleeding, shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of complications, improve the patient’s condition and the survival rate of great significance, it is worth promoting.
