2009上半年,国际油价逐步回升,煤化工行业发展信心增强,我国规划中的煤化工项目继续得到推进。但是受市场环境的影响——如甲醇价格的持续低迷,投产的煤化工项目相对较少。“规划和建设的项目多,投产的少”是2009上半年中国煤化工行业的主要现状。
In the first half of 2009, the international oil price gradually rose and the confidence in the development of the coal chemical industry was enhanced. The coal chemical projects in our planning continued to be promoted. However, due to the impact of the market environment - such as the continuous downturn in methanol prices, coal chemical projects put into operation is relatively small. “Planning and construction of more projects, less production ” is the main status of China’s coal chemical industry in the first half of 2009.
