目的了解滨州市县乡级医疗机构传染病网络直报人员基本情况、工作运转状况、对网络直报管理的认知态度,为进一步提高网络运行质量管理提供依据。方法采用自填式问卷调查县乡级医疗机构网络直报人员,资料运用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果滨州市县乡级医疗机构网络直报人员大专以上学历占83.43%,护理专业为主占46.86%;报告卡传递以保健科主动收集为主占60.74%,自查制度落实仅14.81%,每年落实2次培训的医疗机构92家,占68.15%;网络直报参与医院内考评的仅44家,占32.59%;认为检查后向本单位分管领导及同时反馈直报人员为最佳反馈形式的为65.71%。结论网络直报人员学历整体较高,但公共卫生专业人员缺乏,医疗机构制度落实不够理想,网络直报工作在医院内的重视程度仍需加强;县乡级网络直报人员在改善疫情报告方法、疾控机构指导方式上理念不同。
Objective To understand the basic situation of direct reporting of communicable diseases network at county and township medical institutions in Binzhou City, the working conditions and the cognitive attitude towards the management of direct online reporting, so as to provide basis for further improving the quality management of network operation. Methods A self-administered questionnaire was used to survey the direct reporting staff at county and township medical institutions. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Conclusion There is a relatively high degree of educational attainment in direct online reporting.
