深化行政体制改革,转变政府职能,是全面深化改革的内在要求,是实现国家治理现代化的重要抓手,是解决我国当前诸多经济社会矛盾的根本途径。转变政府职能是深化行政体制改革的核心所在,我们必须从强化政府宏观管理、进一步推动行政审批制度改革、加强市场监管、引导和鼓励社会力量参与公共服务、理顺党委、人大、政协、社会团体与政府间的职能关系等方面推动政府职能转变。
