[目的]观察海洋胶原肽对糖尿病大鼠的影响及其降血糖功能。[方法]采用正常大鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠模型,分为高糖模型低剂量组、高糖模型中剂量组、高糖模型高剂量组、高糖模型空白对照组、正常大鼠高剂量组、正常大鼠空白对照组,给予相应剂量海洋胶原肽溶液或蒸馏水连续灌胃8周,以隔周空腹血糖、糖耐量实验曲线下面积等为指标研究海洋胶原肽的降糖功能。[结果]海洋胶原肽对正常大鼠血糖水平无明显影响,但能显著降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖水平,明显改善糖尿病大鼠的糖耐量。[结论]海洋胶原肽对糖尿病大鼠有较好的降糖作用,而对正常大鼠的血糖无影响。
[Objective] To observe the effect of marine collagen peptide on diabetic rats and its hypoglycemic function. [Methods] The normal rats and alloxan diabetic rats were divided into high glucose group, low dose group, medium dose of high glucose model group, high dose of high glucose model group, high glucose control group and normal rats Dose group and normal control group. The rats were given gavage for 8 weeks with the corresponding dose of marine collagen peptide solution or distilled water. The hypoglycemic function of marine collagen peptide was studied by fasting blood glucose per week and the area under the curve of glucose tolerance test. [Results] Marine collagen peptide had no significant effect on blood glucose level in normal rats, but could significantly reduce the fasting blood glucose level in alloxan diabetic rats and significantly improve the glucose tolerance in diabetic rats. [Conclusion] Marine collagen peptide has good hypoglycemic effect on diabetic rats, but has no effect on the blood sugar of normal rats.
