张家口市一些工业企业积极探索,妥善安置实行劳动优化组合后的多余人员。它们采取的方法主要有:——开发式安置法。通过开辟新的生产领域,在厂内组建新的生产单位,安置多余人员。市烤漆厂组织厂内一名掌握塑料制品加工技术的职工带领24名多余人员,建起塑料制品厂,生产多种型号的塑料桶。市洗涤剂厂由72名多余职工组成了新产品车间,专门生产大车间无法顾及的小批量产品。几年来,他们根据市场需要先后生产了7种新产品,收到较好的经济效益。
