反倾销也称反倾销措施,是指反倾销调查当局依法对给进口国产业造成了损害的倾销行为采取征收反倾销税等措施以抵消损害后果的行为。目前中国已成为世界上受到反倾销调查最多的国家。本文在分析外国对华反倾销特征的基础上,剖析了大规模对华反倾销的原因,并分别就政府和企业两个方面提出了我国的应对策略。 Anti-dumping, also known as anti-dumping measures, refers to the anti-dumping measures taken by the anti-dumping investigation authorities to impose anti-dumping duties on the dumping activities that have caused damage to the industries of the importing countries to offset the consequences of the damage. At present, China has become the country with the most anti-dumping investigations in the world. Based on the analysis of the anti-dumping features of foreign countries in China, this article analyzes the reasons for the large-scale anti-dumping against China and puts forward our countermeasures on both the government and the enterprises respectively.
