采用自制的V型对向式双振动头功率超声处理装置,研究了熔体浇注温度和流道倾斜角度对5083合金半固态组织细化规律的影响。结果表明,功率超声对5083合金组织有明显的细化作用;流道倾角一定时,晶粒尺寸和形貌随着浇注温度的提高(试验所选范围)而变得细小和均匀;5083合金组织在流道倾角为20°时细化效果最佳。
The effect of melt pouring temperature and runner tilt angle on the microstructure regularity of 5083 alloy was studied by using self-made V-type dual vibrating head power ultrasonic processing equipment. The results show that the power ultrasound has obvious thinning effect on the microstructure of 5083 alloy. When the inclination angle of the flow channel is fixed, the grain size and morphology become fine and uniform with the increase of pouring temperature (selected range of the test) When the runner inclination is 20 °, the refining effect is the best.
