中国的改革开放已经走过了20个年头。20年改革开放大致可以分为四个阶段:1978年底十一届三中全会到1984年十二届三中全会,两个三中全会之间是改革的倡导和试验阶段;1984年到1988年是全面改革的阶段;1988-1991年底是治理整顿阶段;1992年以后,以邓小平南方谈话和党的十四大为标志,改革开放又进入了一个新的阶段。 中国这20年,是激天荡地的20年,是成就斐然的20年,是令世人瞩目的20年。为帮助读者回顾20年的改革历程,我们把《工人日报》所载国家统计局专家们的研究分析报告中,有关这方面的内容摘要节选,重新编排刊载。目的在于有重点、粗线条地梳理一下20年的改革政策,使我们从中受到启迪。
China has gone through 20 years of reform and opening up. The 20 years of reform and opening up can be roughly divided into four stages: the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee from the end of 1978 to the Third Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Central Committee in 1984, and the reform and promotion of the Third Plenary Session of the two Plenary Sessions; from 1984 to 1988 Is the stage of a comprehensive reform; 1988-1991 is the stage of rectification and governance; after 1992, with Deng Xiaoping’s southern talks and the party’s fourteenth congress as a sign, reform and opening up entered a new stage. In the 20 years since its establishment, China has enjoyed 20 years of earth-shaking development, 20 years of remarkable achievement and 20 years of world attention. In order to help readers review the 20-year reform process, we extract and rearrange the summary of the contents of the research and analysis report of the experts of the National Bureau of Statistics contained in the Journal of Workers’ Daily. The purpose is to focus on and sort out the 20-year reform policy in a thick line so that we can be enlightened.
