本文首次用扫描电子显微镜观察了莲叶柄管状分子离体次生壁,发现了一些新的精细结构。莲叶柄管状分子次生壁的第二级构架包括两类“垂直线系统”:一类较细,结构简单,为次生壁物质在螺旋细丝之间固定位置上的简单填充;第二类“垂直线系统”较粗,其间有若干条细的垂直线,结构也较复杂,并且在第一级构架(螺旋加厚)和第二级构架(垂直线系统)交汇处形成带有孔洞的特殊结构。
In this paper, we observed the isolated secondary wall of tubular stem of lotus petiole with scanning electron microscope for the first time and found some new fine structures.
