采用SHS铝热-重力分离法制备陶瓷内衬细弯管,研究了粉末预热温度对SHS反应过程和复合管质量的影响.实验发现,粉末和管材预热都有助于SHS反应和提高复合管质量.在本实验条件下,粉末预热温度120℃,烘干时间4h时,内衬管质量最佳.
SHS thermo-gravimetric separation was used to prepare ceramic-lined elbows. The effects of preheating temperature on the SHS reaction process and the quality of the composite pipe were investigated. The experiment found that the preheating of the powder and the pipe both contribute to the SHS reaction and improve the quality of the composite pipe. Under the experimental conditions, the quality of the liner is the best when the preheating temperature of the powder is 120 ℃ and the drying time is 4h.
