本文研究了各种多钼酸钾合成的过程和产物,以及各助熔剂体系在不同温度下的挥发速率;求得反应速率常数,确定在高温下K_2Mo_3O_(10)和K_2Mo_4O_(13)的分解反应为零级反应,其活化能分别为130.8和191.5KJ/mole。并研究了各多钼酸钾助熔剂体系对NAB晶体生长的影响,通过比较,认为以K_2Mo_3O_(10)为主的助熔剂体系为多钼酸钾系列中生长NAB晶体最好的助熔剂体系。
In this paper, the synthesis process and products of various potassium molybdate were studied, and the volatilization rate of each flux system at different temperatures was studied. The reaction rate constants were obtained to determine the decomposition reaction of K 2 Mo 3 O 10 and K 2 Mo 4 O 13 at high temperature. For the zero-order reaction, the activation energies were 130.8 and 191.5 KJ / mole, respectively. The effects of various potassium molybdate flux systems on the growth of NAB crystals were also studied. The flux system dominated by K 2 Mo 3 O 10 was considered to be the best flux system for the growth of NAB crystals in potassium polymolybdate series by comparison.
