采用悬浮聚合的方法合成了一系列不同交联度的凝胶型和大孔型聚(4-乙烯吡啶-二乙烯苯)树脂,并研究了此类树脂的吸附性能。结果表明交联度为5%(mol)的凝胶型树脂(简称G5树脂)对羧酸和醇等有机物的吸附特性优良。测定了G5树脂的物理性质;讨论了吸附质分子结构对吸附特性的影响。吸附质的酸性和疏水性是影响吸附性能的两个重要因素。酸性越强,疏水性越大,吸附量也越大。
A series of poly (4-vinylpyridine-divinylbenzene) resins with different cross-linking degree were synthesized by suspension polymerization. The adsorption properties of these resins were also studied. The result shows that the gel resin (referred to as G5 resin) having a degree of crosslinking of 5% (mol) has excellent adsorption properties to organic substances such as carboxylic acids and alcohols. The physical properties of G5 resin were determined. The influence of molecular structure of adsorbate on the adsorption properties was also discussed. The acidity and hydrophobicity of adsorbate are two important factors affecting the adsorption performance. The stronger the acidity, the greater the hydrophobicity, the greater the amount of adsorption.
