兩年來東北高等工科學校的經驗證明:要想使教育很好地為生產建设服務,理論與實際密切結合,生產实习就是最好的辦法之一。同時经过实习之後,教師們和同學們都感到在學校中所講的及所學的理论有些是陳腐的,甚至是反動的,因而在實習中吸收了一些廠矿中的丰富材料和蘇聯的先進经验,充實和精簡了教學内容,提高了教學質量,在教育工作上作了一些根本的改革。
The past two years, Northeast Higher Engineering School’s experience shows that: in order to make education well for production and construction services, the theory and practice of closely integrated, production internships is one of the best. At the same time, after the internship, both teachers and students felt that some of the theories they spoke and learned in school were obsolete and even reactionary. As a result, they had absorbed some of the rich materials in factories and mines and advanced the Soviet Union Experience, enrich and streamline the teaching content, improve the quality of teaching, made some fundamental reforms in education.
