在液滴形状法的理论基础上,根据Young-Laplace方程,利用矢量化技术,测定和计算了单根芳纶纤维的表面接触角为53.3°;考察了N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、二甲苯和二甲基亚砜(DMSO)等化学试剂处理对芳纶单根纤维表面接触角的影响,并将其结果应用于芳纶纤维在水介质中的均匀分散。考察化学预处理对芳纶纤维成纸匀度的影响,获得接触角与芳纶纤维分散性之间的关系。研究结果表明:通过编写程序计算单根纤维表面接触角简单可行,可有效地表征单根纤维0~90°的接触角;经过适当的有机溶剂处理,芳纶纤维表面接触角有减小的空间,可以提高纤维在水相中的分散效果,改善芳纶纤维湿法成纸匀度。
Based on the theory of droplet shape method, the surface contact angle of single aramid fibers was measured and calculated by Young-Laplace equation and vectorization technique. The contact angles of N, N-dimethyl formamide DMF, N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), xylene and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) on the contact angle of the surface of the single fiber of aramid fibers, Fiber evenly dispersed in aqueous media. The effect of chemical pretreatment on the paper formation of aramid fibers was investigated and the relationship between the contact angles and the dispersity of aramid fibers was obtained. The results show that it is simple and feasible to calculate the contact angle of single fiber surface by programming, which can effectively characterize the contact angle of single fiber at 0 ~ 90 °. After proper organic solvent treatment, the contact angle of aramid fiber surface can be reduced , Can improve the dispersion effect of the fibers in the aqueous phase and improve the formation of aramid fiber into a paper.
